Founded in 2021, Suzhou Inston Technology (InstonTech) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech startup focused on the voltage-controlled (VC) magnetic technology. InstonTech aims to overcome key technological barriers in VC and develop innovative products, including high-performance, energy-efficient MRAM, True Random Number Generator (TRNG) chips and silicon capacitor. TRNG

Leveraging the power of VC technology, InstonTech’s True Random Number Generator (TRNG) delivers quantum-safe randomness with high speed, energy efficiency, and compact form factor. Our first-generation TRNGs are capable of generating up to 400 Mbps of true random numbers at 20mW power consumption. Samples are currently available in SOP8 packaging or as 1x1mm raw dies.
